Rockline Industries, Inc. in Sheboygan, WI is seeking a Material Handler/Forklift Operator to operate a forklift and move goods to and from the manufacturing line.

The role is full-time, on-site with a rotating 3rd shift (5:30 PM–5:30 AM) and requires safety-conscious performance. Starting pay is $23.00 per hour with a $2.00 shift premium, plus the potential to earn up to $26.30 per hour with training and premiums.

Qualifications

• Must read, write and communicate in English.
• Basic computer skills are required.
• Able to stand for long periods and operate forklift safely.
• Physical examination and pre-employment drug screen will be required.

Responsibilities

• Operate a forklift to load/unload trucks and haul goods to/from the manufacturing line.

Description: The Material Handler/Forklift Operator position is responsible for operating a forklift to help load and unload trucks, haul finished goods and raw materials to and from manufacturing line and pull orders when necessary. This position works in a clean, consistent and safety conscious environment.

The Basics:

Position: - Material Handler/Forklift Operator

Location: - 1113 Maryland Avenue, Sheboygan, WI

Shift: - Rotating 3rd Shift; 2-2-3 Rotating Schedule 5:30PM - 5:30AM

Pay: - Starting rate: $23.00 per hour

- Includes a $2.00 per hour shift premium!

- Make up to $26.30 per hour through additional training & premiums!

- $3,000 Retention Bonus available for this position!

- Payouts occur at 90 days, 160 days and 365 days of employment.

- FLSA Status: Non-Exempt.

What You’ll Do:

Work in a fast‑paced warehousing environment.

• Ability to stand for long periods, get on and off your forklift consistently & safely, bend, reach, grab and twist.

Accurately complete required documentation.

Perform basic troubleshooting on equipment and processes as needed.

Follow PPE & GMP guidelines to maintain a safe and sanitary environment.

Attend dock meetings for team & company communications.

Product Security Sensitive– As a product sourcing facility our customers require Rockline to possess security standards and procedures to guard against the introduction of unmanifested cargo, such as illegal drugs, explosives, weapons and people into outbound shipments. This position has contact or influence over these “outbound” shipments and is considered Product Security Sensitive.

This position is designated as a Safety-Sensitive (A safety-sensitive position is one in which the associate’s inability or impaired ability to perform their job-related tasks could result in a direct threat to the associate’s safety or the safety of others).
