Dyersville Die Cast is seeking a dependable Material Handler / Forklift Operator to support shipping, logistics, and production operations at the facility in Iowa. The role features 10-hour shifts, a four-day work week, and a $1,000 sign-on bonus.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading, operating forklifts, moving materials, handling documentation, and maintaining safety and quality standards. Candidates should have warehouse experience and a HS diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to read instructions and complete paperwork.

Job Description

Dyersville Die Cast is seeking a dependable, safety-focused Material Handler / Forklift Operator to support shipping, logistics, and production operations. This position plays a key role in keeping materials and finished goods moving efficiently throughout the facility to support production schedules and customer deliveries.

Essential Duties

• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
• Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment
• Transport raw materials, work-in-process, and finished goods
• Complete shipping, receiving, and transfer documentationtion
• Operate weight scales to verify materials
• Follow safety and quality standards
• Maintain clean and organized work areas (5S)
• Support production and shipping schedules
