Job summary

Novolex is hiring a Material Handler/Forklift Driver in Norcross, GA to maintain a safe work environment and accurately manage inventory of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods. The role requires forklift certification and the ability to operate a forklift, with attention to safety and accuracy across all material movements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic math and computer skills are required.
• Forklift certification is required.
• Ability to safely operate a forklift.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Must understand Warehouse Management Systems and processes.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe, clean, and friendly work environment.
• Accurately control inventory of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods, including requisitioning, receipt, storage, handling, scanning, and shipping.
• Accurately account for all material movements, including in-plant product holds.
• Perform incoming trailer inspections as assigned.
• Read and understand written specifications, procedures, safety information, and packaging diagrams.
• Accurately control inventory throughout the entire process.
• Other duties as necessary.
