Job Description

Assist in the production of quality parts by safely transporting parts and materials throughout the production facility. Assist in the proper disposal of waste products.

Essential Job Functions

• Operate industrial forklifts to move materials around warehouses, storage yards, factories, or similar locations.
• Handle parts and supplies manually at a fast pace on production lines.
• Participate in routing, counting, inspecting items, and loading/unloading trucks; deliver and return items.
• Scan items for inventory management.
• Follow all safety rules and practices.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience with forklifts and in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work safely in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills (add/subtract/multiply/divide whole numbers) and attention to detail.
• Ability to use RF scanners.
• Knowledge of safety practices.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
