Job summary

ACCO Brands in Booneville, MS is seeking a forklift operator to move raw materials and finished goods between cells and the warehouse. You will operate forklifts, perform daily maintenance, read shop packs, and support production lines while prioritizing safety and accuracy.

This role requires the ability to lift up to 40 lbs, pass forklift certification, and maintain records via scanner. Overtime may be required and you will contribute to a clean, organized work area.

Qualifications

• Must read and comprehend simple work instructions.
• Must be able to write and fill out log sheets and other routine paperwork.
• Must be able to perform all physical demands of the position.

Responsibilities

• Move raw materials and finished goods between cells and the warehouse.
• Perform daily maintenance and checks of forklift, battery, and other equipment.
• Operate a forklift and other material handling equipment.
• Deliver and move raw material to fabrication and/or production lines.
• Return finished product to warehouse and record daily transactions with a scanner.
• Read shop packs and provide to fabrication/production teams.
• Support safety, quality, housekeeping, and 5S processes.
• Work overtime as required.
• Maintain satisfactory performance levels.
• Assist in special projects and perform other duties.
