Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Material Handler for a local manufacturing facility in Elgin, IL. This role focuses on moving, staging, and tracking materials to support production operations in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities include operating forklifts, packaging, labeling, palletizing products, and assisting with inventory counts while maintaining a clean, safe workspace.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Forklift experience preferred or willingness to obtain certification.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety procedures.
• Reliable attendance and positive work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Move, stage, and track materials throughout the facility
• Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment safely and efficiently
• Package, label, and palletize finished products
• Assist with inventory counts and stock management
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Support warehouse and production teams as needed
