Job summary

Accurate Personnel is hiring a Material Handler for our Elgin, IL facility to load/unload trailers, scan and sort merchandise, and build pallets. You will also pick, pack, and ensure inventory accuracy in a fast-paced warehouse.

The role requires attention to detail, ability to follow procedures, and physical stamina to perform tasks throughout the shift. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, distribution, or fulfillment experience preferred.
• Ability to scan, sort, pick, pack, and organize merchandise accurately.
• Basic computer and RF scanner skills preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trailers, scan merchandise, and build and label pallets.
• Pick, pack, sort, re-bag, re-ticket, replenish, and stock merchandise as needed.
• Verify product and location accuracy, perform counts and cycle counts, and complete inventory reconciliations.
• Use computer and RF systems to accurately enter and update product information.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow all procedures and operating guidelines.
• Follow company policies, training guidelines, best practices, and SOPs.
