Job summary

Haleon in Lincoln, NE, is seeking a dedicated Material Handler to support receiving, warehousing, and distribution at our Lincoln plant. You will operate stand-up forklifts, pallets jacks, and RF scanners to ensure accurate inventory and timely material flow.

Requirements include a HS diploma and 6+ months in material handling; SAP experience and forklift proficiency are a plus. This 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 2:30pm-11:00pm) offers a comprehensive benefits package and eligible bonuses.

Qualifications

• Minimum HS diploma or GED required.
• 6+ months of related material handling experience.
• Forklift experience preferred; stand-up forklift experience for loading/unloading is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operates material handling equipment including standup forklifts, pallet jacks, powered pallet jacks, vacuhoist, carton clamp, and slip-sheet attachment in a safe and efficient manner.
• Ensures material receipt, warehousing, and delivery to point of use to meet internal/external customer expectations including shipments to the off-site Distribution Center.
• Load and unload trailers between off-site Distribution Center and main site.
• Check/verify inbound freight, complete cleaning & labeling of materials, and assist in receipts and shipments as needed.
• Deliver all materials and product to work centers safely and efficiently.
• Maintain inventory quantity accuracy via physical counts and system transactions.
• Maintain location accuracy via RF scanner.
• Check out, operate, troubleshoot, clean, and report equipment issues.
• Maintain training on SOPs, GMPs, OSHA guidelines, and Safety Security & Environment guidelines.
• Participate in the ZAP safety program.
