Zusammenfassung

ITW is seeking a Warehouse/Material Handler in the United States (New York area). The role involves filling and emptying machines, transporting materials, and supporting mold set-ups and changeovers.

You will maintain organized work areas, manage inventory using ERP, and ensure FIFO flow while following safety guidelines. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, 1–3 years of manufacturing experience, and basic math, reading/writing, and communication skills.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 to 3 years of job-related experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Must be able to read, write, and communicate verbally with good organizational skills required.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to read and write English.
• Basic knowledge of machine operation and plastic injection molding would be a plus.
• Basic math skills required to accurately count and record part production.
• Prior Material Handler experience, with use of Forklift and Hand Jacks is preferred.
• Good manufacturing practices.

Aufgaben

• Fill and empty machines, transport finished product and materials within the department and plant.
• Mix materials, empty grinder pans, sweep and clean, assist with mold set-ups and automation changeovers.
• Maintain a neat, organized workspace and ensure FIFO material flow.
• Move, wrap and label finished product as directed and document lot control where required.
• Maintain inventory accuracy using ERP system and report raw material stock weekly.
• Follow all safety guidelines and perform routine paperwork related to production.
