Spherion Staffing, LLC is hiring Material Handlers for Metalcraft in Horicon, Wisconsin. You will operate forklifts, move materials, and support production with on-time delivery and accurate inventory handling.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be 18+.
• Forklift, warehouse or material handling experience preferred.
• Reading work orders and basic math.
• Lean manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Experience moving large or heavy materials is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move materials throughout the facility.
• Supply production areas with materials and transport finished products to designated locations.
• Read work orders and shipping documents to ensure materials are delivered accurately and on time.
• Assist with inventory accuracy and maintain stocked work areas.
• Complete daily equipment inspections and report material, inventory, or safety concerns.
• Support housekeeping and 6S initiatives to maintain a clean, organized work environment.
• Follow all plant safety, quality, and production standards.
