Job summary

Spherion Staffing, LLC is hiring Material Handlers for Metalcraft in Fall River, Wisconsin. Join a team that loads and moves materials in a manufacturing setting and may operate forklifts as needed, with emphasis on safety and accuracy.

Starting pay is $19/hr with a $2/hr premium for 2nd and 3rd shifts. The role offers 11 paid holidays directly upon hire, strong benefits, and opportunities to advance within a long-standing manufacturing company focused on craftsmanship and growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be 18+.
• Previous forklift, warehouse, shipping & receiving, or material handling experience preferred.
• Experience moving large or heavy materials in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
• Ability to read work orders and perform basic math calculations.
• Good attention to detail, reliability, and commitment to safety.
• Experience working in a Lean manufacturing environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse facility.
• Occasionally operate industrial trucks / forklifts or electric hoists to assist in loading or moving materials and products.
• Read and understand paper and digital work orders.
• Complete visual and hands-on quality inspections.
• Report defective materials to your supervisor.
