Job summary

Donaldson is seeking a Material Handler for our Baldwin, WI location. This 1st shift onsite role runs Monday through Thursday, 5 a.m. to 3 p.m., supporting the machines department with moving parts for industrial air filtration systems.

Responsibilities include moving materials, staging parts, forklift operation, cycle counts, and inventory control while maintaining safety and organization. Overtime eligible and gainsharing may apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; reading prints and assembling products preferred.
• Read blueprints and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Perform basic math and use computers for tasks.
• Knowledge of production control practices encouraged.
• Familiar with department processes and parts.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective teamwork and dependable attendance are essential.

Responsibilities

• Move materials within the department and to other areas.
• Stage parts inside/outside based on build schedule; assist coworkers.
• Operate forklift and manage tagging/parts accuracy.
• Perform cycle counts and reconcile inventory records.
• Support assembly schedule and update flow boards.
• Ensure clean, organized work area and safety compliance.
• Assist receiving function as needed.
