You will operate an electric forklift, maintain inventory accuracy, collaborate with planning and warehouses, and support receiving procedures while using Oracle ERP.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year(s) material handling experience in manufacturing.
• 1+ year(s) forklift driving with a safe driving record.
• Ability to operate an electric forklift indoors and outdoors.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to determine accurate order quantities.
• Ability to work independently and meet material request deadlines.
• Good written and verbal communication to relay information to team members.
• Basic computer skills to use internal applications.
• Basic math skills for quantities and weights.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments.
• Willingness to follow Health, Safety & Environment procedures and reporting concerns.

Responsibilities

• Complete S&C forklift certification program and pass required tests.
• Manage inventory transactions using Oracle ERP.
• Support inventory activities like cycle counting and accuracy maintenance.
• Collaborate with planning, offsite warehouses, and production leadership for on-time parts delivery.
• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements for inventory control/accuracy.
• Reconcile discrepancies between physical counts and Oracle; investigate root causes.
• Support receiving procedures and manage material storage and flow between inventory and production lines.
• Use Oracle ERP to determine part quantities, locations, and receiving history.
• Review job orders and drawings to determine needed parts and materials.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
