Full Time, 1st shift, Monday - Friday and every other weekend
$14.00 - $16.00/hour + Full Benefits
We are currently looking for a full-time Material Handler (Forklift Operator) to work first shift and every other weekend with our growing team.
Responsibilities
- Take stock from loading bays, delivery vehicles, storage places, and production sites, and load and unload items.
- Ensure all incoming deliveries comply with the company’s purchase agreement.
- Use cargo boards and pallets to store freight in designated locations.
- Manage stock by locating, categorizing, and storing inventory.
- Maintain production records and track the number of items handled and transferred each day.
- Handle commodities and inventories with machinery such as booms, cameras, cranes, and forklifts.
- Evaluate pick sheets based on client requests and select the correct products.
- Track supply levels and submit buying suggestions regularly.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
- Must be available to work weekends.
- More than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Forklift certification from OSHA is a plus.
- Reading and analysis skills in English.
- Ability to prioritize objectives and meet multiple deadlines.
- Excellent time management.
- Mindset for process development and inventory management expertise.
- Attend all required trainings.
- Comply with all department, facility, corporate and regulatory EHS regulations.
- Pass drug and background check prior to employment.
