Job summary

Senneca is seeking a dependable Warehouse Worker with forklift experience to support daily on-site operations in Minnesota. The role encompasses receiving, material movement, production support, and shipping with a focus on accuracy and safety.

Core hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Cross-training across warehouse and production functions is available to enhance material flow and inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• Prior forklift experience required (please specify types of equipment operated)
• 4+ years of manufacturing, warehouse, or related experience preferred
• Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment and follow safety procedures
• Experience reading work orders and shipping documents
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and reliability
• Ability to lift up to 45 lbs and stand for extended periods (up to 4 hours at a time)
• Basic computer skills; MS Office experience preferred
• Ability to read and write in English
• Ability to work on-site during scheduled hours

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and process incoming materials and products
• Safely operate material handling equipment (forklift, pallet jack, lift truck, 2-wheeler)
• Store, move, pick, and stage materials to support production and customer shipments
• Read and interpret work orders and shipping documents to ensure accuracy
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace (including 5S activities)
• Support material flow through production, including basic assembly and component handling as needed
• Perform material transactions, support inventory accuracy (cycle counts, physical inventory), and communicate stock needs
• Coordinate with purchasing and supply chain to maintain material availability
• Move materials on scheduled intervals to designated areas
• Cross-train across warehouse and production functions as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
