Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a hands-on Manufacturing Support Associate at our Ballinger, TX site. The role supports manufacturing operations with a focus on safety and accuracy, handling daily customer orders, inventory updates in the ERP system, and ensuring a clean, organized work area.

The position requires at least a high school diploma or GED, the ability to obtain forklift and overhead crane certifications, and a commitment to teamwork and reliable attendance.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• A combination of education and experience may be qualifying.
• Must be able to become certified to operate a forklift vehicle and overhead crane.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer responsive and efficient manufacturing support activities
• Complete work assignments and customer orders safely, accurately, timely and without damage
• Assist co-workers and customers
• Inspect materials, products, machinery, tools and equipment
• Assist with inventory management activities including daily updates to the ERP system
• Maintain a clean and orderly work environment
• Assist in the movement of inventory within and among workstations and areas
• Comply with all safety requirements and use applicable personal protective equipment
