Job summary

Advanced Drainage Systems is seeking a Material Handler to maintain raw materials for production lines, ensure equipment runs smoothly, and move pallets to the yard. The role requires standing for long periods, lifting heavy items, and following safety protocols.

Responsibilities include operating forklifts, packaging pallets, and supporting 40+ hour weekly schedules with weekend shifts as needed. Safe, efficient material handling and teamwork are essential to success at ADS.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be a certified forklift operator.
• Demonstrated dependability and ability to work in a team.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain raw material for each line and ensure machines are properly operating.
• Move and package palletized loads to the yard.
• Adhere to PPE requirements and safety regulations.
• Operate forklift and perform basic maintenance on equipment.
• Assist with loading, palletizing, and materials handling as needed.
• Support production shifts and communicate safety concerns promptly.
