Job summary

SRC Automotive, Inc. in Springfield, MO seeks a Material Handler to support warehousing and production. You will operate forklifts and other equipment, perform cycle counts, and move parts between storage, machines and loading docks.

This first shift runs 5am–3:30pm Monday–Thursday with overtime Fridays and occasional Saturdays. The role emphasizes teamwork, accuracy, and safe handling, with employee-ownership and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Prior warehousing experience required.
• Ability to operate forklift or be trained.
• Ability to perform basic math.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Computer literacy and able to learn company software.

Responsibilities

• Check in new and core parts in inventory system and record history of transactions.
• Perform cycle counting and inventory audits under supervision.
• Pull and deliver parts from warehouse to production lines.
• Store finished goods and assist in shipping, maintaining accurate inventory.
• Operate forklifts, cherry picker and other equipment safely; report maintenance issues.
