Qualifications

• High School diploma preferred.
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) or similar platforms.
• Good attendance and reliability.
• Willingness to work overtime.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to interact with all levels of management and other departments.
• Ability to maintain records and meet deadlines.
• Work well in a team and have a can-do attitude.
• Power equipment certification is a plus.
• Must read, write and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Receive supplier shipments.
• Pick customer orders.
• Operate forklifts or other equipment.
• Maintain inventory integrity and product safety.
• Operate a handheld scanner.
• Obtain power equipment certifications (e.g., jack, walker/rider, forklift).
• Meet and exceed quality and production standards.
• Follow directions from management.
• Adhere to housekeeping guidelines and safety policies.
• Perform duties per OSHA standards and company procedures.
