Job summary

Acushnet Company is seeking a Material Handler to support our golf club manufacturing operation. This hands-on warehouse role ensures materials are received, stored, picked, staged, and delivered to production to keep our processes running smoothly.

You will operate a variety of warehouse equipment, maintain accurate inventory, and contribute to a safe, organized work environment. Competitive pay and a strong benefits package accompany this position.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum six months of warehouse or material handling experience; one year is preferred.
• Basic computer skills and experience using scanners or inventory systems.
• Ability to receive, store, pick and distribute materials in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds safely and stand/walk for long periods.
• Overtime availability, including Saturdays, may be required.
• Forklift experience and/or certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive inbound shipments and verify documentation.
• Store, pick, and stage materials to support production.
• Perform inventory transactions and cycle counts.
• Maintain organized warehouse locations and operate scanners.
• Ensure a safe and clean work environment.
• Collaborate with team and adapt to changing workloads.
