Job summary

CSP Innovations, Inc. is seeking a warehouse associate to support the manufacturing line with material handling and packaging tasks. The role involves forklift operation, loading raw materials, and ensuring timely movement of goods through packaging and inspection.

The position requires a valid forklift license, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work at a fast pace in a team environment. Strong communication skills are valued for safe, efficient operations.

Qualifications

• General education required.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid forklift license.
• Able to work at a quick pace.
• Personal computer skills preferred.
• Must have a valid current state issued driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Collect finished goods from the manufacturing line and forward to packaging/inspection.
• Maintain FIFO of raw materials and components.
• Assist with box building as needed.
• Assist with trash and scrap removal as needed.
• Place raw materials and components on the line as required (loaders, assembled parts).
• Place packaging/return/ corrugated materials on the line as required.
• Operate fork trucks and pallet jacks safely.
• Maintain daily material logs.
• Complete and submit daily forklift inspections.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Warehouse Coordinator.
