Job summary

The ideal candidate has 2–3+ years of warehouse experience, forklift/PIT certification, sit-down forklift experience, and familiarity with ERP/WMS systems in a fast-paced startup setting.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of material handling or warehouse experience in manufacturing.
• Forklift/PIT certification.
• Experience operating a sit-down forklift.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup/greenfield environment.
• Experience operating a stand-up reach truck (required for at least one hire).
• Experience in greenfield/startup manufacturing settings.
• Experience supporting warehouse setup, layout, or process development.
• Inventory, ERP, or WMS experience.

Responsibilities

• Move raw materials, WIP, and finished goods throughout the facility using forklifts and material handling equipment.
• Support warehouse setup and organization as the facility ramps up operations.
• Assist with receiving, staging, storage, and line-side material delivery.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and support general warehouse operations.
• Help establish best practices for future warehouse operations.
