Job summary

Insight Global in Glendale, AZ, seeks a warehouse operator to move raw materials, WIP, and finished goods using forklifts as the facility scales up. You will help with setup, receiving, staging, storage, and line-side delivery while maintaining inventory accuracy and contributing to best practices.

The ideal candidate has 2–3+ years of warehouse experience, forklift/PIT certification, sit-down forklift experience, and familiarity with ERP/WMS systems in a fast-paced startup setting.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of material handling or warehouse experience in manufacturing.
• Forklift/PIT certification.
• Experience operating a sit-down forklift.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup/greenfield environment.
• Experience operating a stand-up reach truck (required for at least one hire).
• Experience in greenfield/startup manufacturing settings.
• Experience supporting warehouse setup, layout, or process development.
• Inventory, ERP, or WMS experience.
