Job summary

IKG USA LLC is a leading manufacturer of safety flooring and access infrastructure in the US and Mexico. The Material Handler prepares, organizes, loads, unloads, and stages materials for production and shipment in a safe, efficient manner.

Responsibilities include operating forklifts and overhead cranes, verifying order accuracy, and maintaining inventory records. Strong reading, math, and communication skills are required; ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in an industrial environment

Qualifications

• Reads and interprets work orders, shipping documents, and production paperwork.
• Operates forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Reads and interprets technical instructions and documentation as part of duties.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload shipments using forklifts, cranes, and other equipment.
• Prepare customer orders for shipment including packaging and tagging.
• Verify orders for accuracy before loading and shipping.
• Assemble and package accessories for shipment.
• Document shipping and inventory data accurately.
