Aerotek is seeking a Material Handler for a contract-to-hire role in Cary, IL. The position involves moving materials, loading/unloading trucks, stacking pallets, and supporting production and assembly lines in a fast-paced environment.

Cleanroom or controlled environments may be required, with gowning procedures followed. Responsibilities include packing, picking, inspection, and ensuring product quality while maintaining a safe, organized work area.

Competenze

• Must be able to pay close attention to detail when handling, stacking and inspecting materials.
• Ability to stand for extended periods on shift.
• Good hand dexterity for packing, picking and assembly tasks.
• Able to multi-task between material handling, packing and production support.
• Proven teamwork in fast-paced environments.
• Willingness to receive and apply feedback to improve quality.
• Experience with production support, assembly line work, or related tasks.
• Familiarity with machine operating, packing, and cleanroom activities.

Mansioni

• Move pallets and materials throughout the facility to support production and assembly.
• Unload incoming trucks and load outgoing trucks safely and efficiently.
• Stack boxes onto pallets securely to prevent damage.
• Lift and handle items weighing up to 2040 pounds regularly.
• Support production, assembly line and machine operating activities.
• Assist with packing, picking and inspection to ensure quality.
