Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and store raw materials such as plastic bags, additives, and packaging supplies used in bags and pouch manufacturing.
• Immediately report to supervisor any incident and unsafe condition identified in the workplace.
• Properly perform the scanning of the finished production boxes.
• Prepare materials for production, including loading materials onto machines such as press seal machines and pouch-making equipment.
• Monitor material supply levels and coordinate with other departments to replenish inventory as needed.
• Assist machine operators with setup and changeovers by supplying materials and removing finished products.
• Accurately store and organize the movement of materials.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using computerized systems and conduct regular cycle counts.
• Properly disposing of scrap materials and maintaining a clean and organized work area.
• Follow safety protocols and ensure that all material handling activities comply with company policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with production team members to optimize workflow and meet production schedules.
• Collaborate with other members of the production team to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Maintain the assigned area clean and organized.
• Perform all tasks with a sense of urgency and accuracy.
• Follow housekeeping standards and 5’s methodology.
• Conduct other duties as assigned by management.
