The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, good communication skills, and is able to work non-standard hours. You should be comfortable with basic math, pallet familiarity, and standing for long periods in a hot environment.

Responsibilities

• Comply with company policies and safety guidelines.
• Familiarize with film, chip and corrugated codes.
• Demonstrate basic familiarity with truck operations.
• Complete pre-shift truck inspections and daily PM checklists.
• Know the proper placement of all finished product.
• Perform basic math to order materials for change-overs.
• Weigh scrap gaylords at end of shift or change-overs.
• Understand pallets A, B, Peco and Chep.
• Follow SOPs, cGMP, and food safety procedures.
