Uacj Automotive Whitehall Industries Inc seeks a material handler to monitor daily production schedules and support material handling operations in the extrusion area. You will unload, store, and move aluminum logs, receive materials, and assist with log ovens while tracking heat age data.

The role requires forklift operation, basic math, and clear communication with Supervisors. Applicants should be able to stand, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in varying weather conditions on a manufacturing

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Forklift operation skills and basic math ability.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor daily schedule and provide material handling support to extrusion area.
• Unload and store aluminum logs; receive material and move logs to log oven.
• Load and unload heat age ovens; record heat age data.
• Oversee scrap trailers, record scrap pounds, and coordinate pickup.
• Inform Purchasing and Production Control when material or schedule conflicts.
• Maintain material flow and inventory levels; report anomalies.
