Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires basic communication (oral/written) and math skills.
• Experience with basic office machines and production operations is helpful.
• Ability to operate a forklift and work with warehouse equipment.

Responsibilities

• Transport raw materials, finished products, and other substances to destinations in warehouse and production.
• Communicate with Shift Lead, Shift Advisor, and Quality Control Technicians.
• Pack, label, and transport raw materials and finished products as needed.
• Prepare and maintain records and logs for distribution.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and efficient communication across teams.
• Assist in training new employees and communicate with trainees.
• Uphold company mission and values in daily decisions.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and teamwork.
• Follow department and company procedures and policies.
• Have authority to halt production to correct quality problems when required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
