Job summary

TraffiCalm is seeking a Material Handler in Post Falls, ID to support production by moving, storing, issuing, and tracking materials using NetSuite. The role may include forklift operations and can back up the Building 2 Material Handler.

Training is available for qualified candidates. Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, forklift certification preferred, and experience with ERP systems and warehouse operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Forklift certification preferred (training available).
• Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Proven experience in material handling, shipping/receiving, or warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials in designated locations.
• Deliver materials to production teams to support scheduled work.
• Issue materials to Work Orders (WO) using NetSuite.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and report discrepancies.
• Train and support as backup for Building 2 Material Handler.
