Job summary

Versatex Building Products, a manufacturing plant in Aliquippa, is seeking entry-level Day and Night Material Handlers for a fast-paced warehouse role. You will inspect, package, label, and move vinyl material along the production line, ensuring quality within tight tolerances and preparing items for shipping.

Forklift operation and strong attention to safety are essential. Shifts run 7:00am-7:00pm with paid bonuses and progression rewards.

Qualifications

• Proficient in basic math including fractions and decimals.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Solid attendance during the probationary period.
• Completed Material Handler and Forklift Training Programs.
• Ability to handle Material Handler duties independently (OC checks, packaging, labeling).
• Proficient with the Core computer system and Black Book specs.
• Operate Fox IV label printer and perform basic machine functions.
• Perform QC fit testing and follow 5-S practices.
• Operate The Pulverizer.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safe, accurate material handling and labeling.
• Read/interpret safety rules and SOPs.
• Move materials from line to skid and to the Finished Goods area.
• Perform QC checks and report defects.
• Maintain 5S standards and proper tool maintenance.
• Communicate issues to supervisors.
