Job summary

Versatex, part of AZEK, in Aliquippa, PA, is hiring a Material Handler. You will inspect, label, and move materials, operate forklifts and label printers, and contribute to 5-S and QC processes. Shift is Day, 7:00 AM–7:00 PM, with a 2/2/3 rotation and competitive pay of $22.23/hour.

We value safety, accuracy and teamwork as you move materials through the Finished Goods area and report issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Basic math skills including fractions and decimals.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
• Certification in Material Handler and forklift training programs.
• Knowledge of Black Book specs, PPE and 5-S systems.
• Ability to work independently and perform OC checks, labeling and packing.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, package, label and move materials to Finished Goods area following specs.
• Operate forklifts and equipment in SOPs, including label printer and pulverizer.
• Perform QC checks, fit testing and visual inspections; report defects.
• Follow production schedules and QC requirements precisely.
• Maintain tools/equipment and uphold 5-S standards in fabrication areas.
• Notify supervisors of machine issues and communicate with team leads.
