Job summary

The AZEK Company’s Versatex division in Aliquippa is seeking a Material Handler to inspect, package, label, and move materials to the Finished Goods Area, while operating forklifts and related equipment. You will perform QC checks, follow production schedules, and uphold 5-S standards in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Qualifications include basic math, strong communication, and a Forklift/Material Handler certification.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in basic math and the Core computer system.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Certification in Material Handler and Forklift Training Programs.
• Knowledge of 5-S, PPE, and Black Book specs.
• Ability to work independently and perform OC checks, labeling, and packaging.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, package, label, and move materials to Finished Goods Area per specs.
• Operate forklifts and equipment including Fox IV label printer and Pulverizer per SOPs.
• Perform QC checks, fit testing, and visual inspections; report issues.
• Follow production schedules, Black Book specs, and QC requirements.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and 5-S standards in fabrication areas.
• Notify supervisors of machine issues and relay information to leads.
