Job summary

Medical Device Company is seeking an entry level Material Handler (Forklift) for the Cleveland, OH area on a 12-month contract. The role is 40 hours per week on 1st shift (7am-3:30pm).

Forklift qualification is helpful but not required; some warehouse experience is preferred. Responsibilities include inspecting components, assembling per quality standards, and supporting process improvements while maintaining a safe, productive environment under ISO 9001/13485 and FDA requirements.

Qualifications

• Some warehouse experience preferred; forklift qualification helpful but not required.
• Ability to visually inspect and assemble components per quality system requirements (ISO 9001, ISO 13485, FDA QSR).
• Assist in developing manufacturing process improvements and maintain a safe, productive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain product quality per FDA QSR, ISO 9001 and ISO 13485.
• Pack and ship according to schedules; knowledge of packing/shipping methods.
• Inform Quality Management of discrepancies in the manufacturing process.
• Understand engraving processes and procedures.
• Demonstrate manual dexterity and use hand tools as required.
• Maintain good work history and basic computer keyboard skills.
