Job summary

Boise Cascade Company in Woodinville, WA is seeking a Material Handler EWP for our building materials distribution warehouse. This on-site role focuses on yard distribution tasks, receiving, storing, and loading materials for delivery.

Hours are 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM, Monday through Friday, and employment is part of the Carpenter's Union #2761. Candidates should be able to operate a forklift and chainsaw while following safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma, GED or 2 years' equivalent work experience.
• Must be able to understand and communicate safety and other work related instructions.
• Preferred qualifications include forklift operation, knowledge of warehouse environment and chainsaw experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily distribution yard activities for the facility.
• Perform receiving, storing, and shipping of loads.
• Check incoming material against invoices and unload/warehouse material.
• Build loads for delivery and operate chainsaw to cut lumber; load delivery trucks.
• Operate forklift and other machinery as required to meet customer requests.
• Ensure loads are correct before vehicle exits yard; maintain housekeeping and safety standards.
