This temp-to-hire role offers a starting pay of $18.50 per hour, with overtime as needed, and a benefits package including health, dental, vision, and referral bonuses. Forklift experience and SAP/MRP familiarity are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Previous stand-up forklift experience required.
• Ability to obtain operator certification within 60 days.
• Inventory management experience preferred.
• Familiarity with SAP, MRP, or ERP systems preferred.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive, identify, and verify incoming shipments.
• Store materials, supplies, tools, and equipment in designated areas.
• Issue materials to appropriate departments as needed.
• Prepare and package materials and equipment for shipment.
• Load, unload, move, and organize materials using proper equipment.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and participate in cycle counts.
• Inspect materials for quality and report damaged or missing items.
• Operate forklifts and other equipment (certification may be required).
• Assist with continuous improvement efforts and support team members.
