Job summary

NFI Industries is seeking a Material Handler to move materials, finished goods, and supplies within our Nevada facility. This role emphasizes safe, efficient handling, accurate inventory, and basic housekeeping to maintain a clean work area.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading freight, picking and packing orders, using RF scanning devices, and supporting cycle counts. The position offers a base pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.

Responsibilities

• Performs material handling manually or with a hand truck within the facility.
• Loads finished product onto pallets or hand trucks as required.
• Stacks skids or pallets in storage or staging areas.
• Loads and unloads freight in a safe, efficient, and accurate manner.
• Picks and packs customer orders, assembling merchandise for shipment.
• Applies labels to shipments per requirements.
• Processes orders including picking, checking, sorting, consolidating freight, wrapping pallets, packing, and shipment confirmations.
• Verifies freight accuracy and checks for damage or infestation.
• Assists with physical inventories and cycle counts as needed.
• Uses RF scanning devices to support accurate inventory management.
• Maintains a clean, safe work area following housekeeping standards.
