Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of manufacturing or material handling experience.
• Ability to obtain certification and operate all material handling equipment including forklifts.
• Basic written and verbal communication skills required.
• Moderate to heavy physical lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Pick and deliver material to manufacturing using the Gentex inventory system.
• Perform receiving and shipping functions using the Gentex system.
• Handle inventory receipts, issues, put-aways, and shipments in the Gentex system.
• Operate material handling equipment to load/unload trucks and move materials.
• Maintain area housekeeping and assist team members as needed.
• Conduct periodic cycle counts and reconciliations of inventory history.
