Job summary

Trane Technologies in Greenville, SC is seeking a Material Driver to distribute parts and materials across the plant, supporting production and safety goals.

You will operate a powered industrial vehicle, load and move goods, and use warehouse software. Candidates should have a high school diploma (or GED), forklift experience, and the ability to obtain certification.

Where Is The Work

On-Site (5 days)

Position Description

• The Material Driver under general supervision, distributes either production or non-production items and materials to various locations throughout the plant. Materials may consist of purchased parts, in process parts, or finished goods.
• This position is expected to perform a variety of tasks as assigned in conjunction with the needs of the Materials and production or other departments.
• Tasks will vary by work area and work assignments will change based on business demands, routine Job rotations will be required to support the Safety, Quality and Productivity Objectives
• The position is expected to perform the specified job duties within the allotted time, within the quality standards and prescribed methods.

Essential Job Functions
