Job summary

Faith Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Material Handler in Kansas to pick, stage, and process materials for daily production and shipping. The role requires PC skills and familiarity with Viewpoint/Access databases, with a schedule that can include days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year in a related role and will operate forklifts/telehandlers, support a safe, organized facility, and engage with assembly teams to ensure smooth material flow.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or preferred.
• 1+ year of experience in a material handling/warehouse role.
• Proficiency with PC and basic software (MS Office).
• Experience with Viewpoint and Access database is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick, stage, and process materials to support production and shipping.
• Operate forklifts, telehandlers, and pallet jacks to move materials safely.
• Deliver materials to designated points on production floor or in warehouse.
• Collaborate with assembly and warehouse teams to anticipate material needs.
• Follow OSHA regulations and company safety policies.
• Maintain a clean, organized, hazard-free work area using 5S practices.
• Use hand and power tools for packaging, kitting, or prep as needed.
• Participate in team meetings and training to stay aligned with goals.
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory accuracy in tracking systems.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
