Job summary

Viatris is seeking a Material Handler for the 2nd Shift in distribution operations. You will operate stand-up and sit-down forklifts to move materials and complete order fulfillment with RF scanning.

Responsibilities include replenishments, pallet picks, cycle counts, and maintaining inventory accuracy while using ATTP, GREMS, and SAP receiving processes. A high school diploma and forklift certification are required; SAP experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree and 0–2 years preferred.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse processes.
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• Accurate with strong attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills with working knowledge of warehouse software; SAP experience preferred.
• Powered Industrial Equipment certification required.
• Hazardous Waste and DOT certification preferred.
• Proficiency in English (speaking, reading, writing).

Key responsibilities for this role include:

• Using stand-up and sit-down forklifts, receive and complete movement of materials to the appropriate locations.
• Perform replenishments, full pallet picks, bin to bin transactions, and other various systematic movement tasks.
• Fill standard customer orders utilizing RF scanner and load TL/LTL/Parcel shipments accurately and securely.
• Perform cycle and bin counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Maintain a working knowledge of ATTP system and GREMS application as well as a strong working knowledge of SAP transactions specific to receiving.

The minimum qualifications for this role are:

• Minimum of a high school diploma (or equivalent). Bachelor's degree and 0-2 years of experience in warehouse operations is preferred. However, a combination of experience and /or education will be taken into consideration.
• Must possess knowledge of warehouse processes.
• Must possess strong communication and writing skills.
• Must be accurate, precise and pay close attention to detail.
• Must possess basic computer skills with working knowledge of warehouse proprietary software. SAP experience preferred.
• Powered Industrial Equipment certification required. Hazardous Waste and DOT certification are preferred.
• Proficiency in speaking, comprehending, reading and writing English is required.
