Job summary

Dealer Tire, LLC is hiring a Material Handler/Delivery Driver in Franklin Park, IL. The role combines physical tasks with moving products to customers, with a 6am–6pm shift and a 40‑hour week.

Base pay is $21.00 per hour, with room to grow through performance incentives and career development in logistics and operations.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 or older with a valid driver's license and at least one year of US driving experience.
• Chauffeur’s License (Michigan) or Class E (Missouri) as applicable.
• Must pass criminal background check and DOT physical & 3-year motor vehicle report.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs frequently and up to 90 lbs occasionally; heights up to 25 ft.
• Good English communication; bilingual a plus; team oriented.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks; pick orders; organize inventory; ensure timely deliveries.
• Operate non-CDL 16ft boxed trucks and sprinter vans locally.
• Stand, bend, and walk for extended periods in a fast-paced setting.
• Operate material handling equipment with training in cherry picker, forklift, and walkie riders.

Position Requirements

• Must be 21 or older, have a valid driver’s license, and at least one year of US‑based driving experience.
• Michigan requires Chauffeur’s License.
• Missouri requires Class E License.
• Must complete a criminal background check.

• Ability to handle physical tasks daily; lifting 70lbs. frequently, lifting up to 90lbs. occasionally.
• Comfortable at heights up to 25ft.
• Good communication skills in English (bilingual a plus).

• Previous warehouse or delivery experience is a plus.

What You’ll Do
