Job summary

Dealer Tire is seeking a hands-on Material Handler/Delivery Driver in Franklin, MA. You will load/unload trucks, pick orders, and ensure on-time deliveries in a fast-paced setting, playing a key role in moving products to customers.

The role requires applicants to be 21+, have a valid license and US driving experience, and pass a background check and DOT/MVR checks. Lifting up to 90 lbs and heights up to 25 ft are routine. Bilingual in English is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ with a valid driver’s license and at least one year of US-based driving experience.
• Michigan requires Chauffer’s License; Missouri requires Class E License.
• Must complete criminal background check and a DOT physical with 3-year MVR.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks, pick orders, organize inventory, and ensure timely deliveries.
• Safely operate non-CDL 16 ft boxed trucks and sprinter vans.
• Stand, bend, and walk for extended periods in a fast-paced setting.
• Operate material handling equipment; training in cherry picker, forklift, and walkie riders.

Material Handler/Delivery Driver

Location: 12 Forge Pkwy. Franklin, MA 02038

Schedule: 1st shift, working within the business hours of 6am-6pm, 40 hours per week.

Pay: $20.00 per hour

What We’re Looking For & Position Requirements

• Must be 21 or older, have a valid driver’s license, and at least one year of US-based driving experience.
• Michigan requires Chauffer’s License.
• Missouri requires Class E License.
• Must complete criminal background check.
• Must complete a DOT physical & 3-year motor vehicle report.
• Ability to handle physical tasks daily; Lifting 70 lbs. frequently, lifting up to 90 lbs. occasionally.
• Comfortable at heights up to 25 ft.
• Good communication skills in English (bilingual a plus).
• Team players with strong work ethics.
• Previous warehouse or delivery experience is a plus.
