Dealer Tire in Franklin, MA is seeking a Material Handler/Delivery Driver to load/unload trucks, pick orders, and deliver goods within a 40-hour week. The role requires a valid driver’s license, ability to lift heavy items, and willingness to pass background checks and DOT requirements.

Ideal candidates are physically capable, reliable team players with good English communication. Training in material handling equipment may be provided; non-CDL trucks and local deliveries are included.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 or older, have a valid driver’s license, and at least one year of US-based driving experience.
• Must complete criminal background check.
• Must complete a DOT physical & 3-year motor vehicle report.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs. frequently, lifting up to 90 lbs. occasionally.
• Comfortable at heights up to 25 ft.
• Good communication skills in English (bilingual a plus).
• Team players with strong work ethics.
• Previous warehouse or delivery experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Keep Things Moving: Load and unload trucks, pick orders, organize inventory, and ensure timely deliveries.
• Drive with Purpose: Safely operate non‑CDL 16 Ft boxed trucks & sprinter vans to transport goods to local destinations.
• Work in Dynamic Conditions: Be comfortable with standing, bending, and walking for extended periods in a fast‑paced setting.
• Operate Material Handling Equipment: Training in cherry picker, forklift, and walkie riders.

Location: 12 Forge Pkwy. Franklin, MA 02038

Schedule: 1st shift, working within the business hours of 6am-6pm, 40 hours per week.

Pay: $20.00 per hour

What We’re Looking For & Position Requirements

  • Missouri requires Class E License.
