Job summary

Dealer Tire is seeking a Material Handler/Delivery Driver in Charlotte, NC to keep goods moving and support local deliveries.

This role combines physical tasks with safety and reliability; you will load/unload, operate small trucks, and handle inventory in a fast-paced environment.

The position offers $19.50 per hour, 40 hours weekly, with benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 or older with a valid driver's license and at least one year of US driving experience.
• Must complete a criminal background check.
• Must complete a DOT physical and 3-year motor vehicle report.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs frequently and up to 90 lbs occasionally.
• Comfortable at heights up to 25 ft and English communication skills; bilingual a plus.
• Previous warehouse or delivery experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks, pick orders, organize inventory, and ensure timely deliveries.
• Safely operate non-CDL 16 Ft boxed trucks and sprinter vans.
• Stand, bend, and walk for extended periods in a fast-paced setting.
• Operate material handling equipment with training in cherry picker, forklift, and walkie riders.

Location: 3010 Hutchison McDonald Rd. Suite C, Charlotte, NC 28269
Schedule: 1st shift, working within the business hours of 6am-6pm, 40 hours per week.
Pay: $19.50 per hour
