Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands in Amarillo, TX, is seeking a dedicated manufacturing support associate. Base pay starts at $16.25 per hour and the shift runs 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with possible overtime including Saturdays.

You will inspect materials, assist inventory, maintain a safe, clean workspace, and support customers and coworkers while meeting production deadlines.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• A combination of education and experience may be qualifying.
• Must be able to become certified to operate a forklift vehicle and overhead crane.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a continual basis above shoulder height and below the waist.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer responsive and efficient manufacturing support activities.
• Complete work assignments and customer orders safely, accurately, timely and without damage. Assist co-workers and customers.
• Inspect materials, products, machinery, tools and equipment.
• Assist with inventory management activities including daily updates to the ERP system.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work environment.
• Assist in the movement of inventory within and among workstations and areas.
• Comply with all safety requirements and use applicable personal protective equipment.
