Job summary

ManpowerGroup (USA) is seeking a dedicated Material Handler to join our client’s shipping and receiving team in Boone, Iowa. This entry-level role emphasizes reliability, attention to detail, and teamwork to support warehouse operations and agricultural product logistics.

Shift: 8am - 4:30pm, Monday through Friday. You will prepare and ship products, receive and stock inventory, move goods within the warehouse, assist with loading and unloading, and maintain a clean, safe workspace.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Ability to perform repetitive warehouse operations and assembly tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication skills and teamwork orientation.
