Job summary

Accumold is seeking a Material Handler for the A shift (12-hour days) in Ankeny, IA. You will prepare materials for production, reconcile inventory, and ensure accuracy of production reporting to maintain inventory integrity across the operation.

The role requires high school education, basic computer skills, and familiarity with ERP systems such as IQMS; prior manufacturing experience is preferred. Safe work habits and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to read, comprehend, and follow instructions and data sheets.
• Familiarity with Windows-based programs (Outlook/Word).
• ERP experience, IQMS preferred.
• Ability to read/interpret specifications and drawings.

Responsibilities

• Prepare materials using correct drying times, temperature, weight and colorant as scheduled.
• Complete production reporting and reconcile remaining raw-material inventory; ensure finished goods are disposed as needed.
• Analyze inventory discrepancies, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor inv at press including resins, inserts and finished goods.
• Complete work orders and scan paperwork; conduct daily inventory checks.
• Communicate with Production Scheduling, Supervisors and Operators as needed.
• Attend training to update knowledge and skills.
• Support safety and housekeeping in the work area.
