Job summary

Panasonic Energy in Sparks, NV is seeking a Material Handler for day shift to perform essential material handling tasks and support production. You will operate mobile equipment, move raw materials, and ensure accurate lot tracking and documentation.

Safety PPE is required andyou will join a team focused on efficiency and quality. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED (or 2 years relevant experience), experience in material handling, and strong English skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or 2 years of prior experience in functional area.
• Experience in material handling, warehouse operations
• Must have working-level English proficiency (reading, writing and speaking)

Responsibilities

• Perform daily operational checks on mobile equipment (forks, lift mechanisms, brakes, wheels, controls) and document condition.
• Receive and transport raw materials using pallet jacks and lift trucks.
• Move in-process product throughout the production area.
• Distinguish part numbers and lot numbers (>10 characters) accurately.
• Troubleshoot equipment and material issues and communicate status to teammates.
• Provide required documentation (delivery orders, lot tracking sheets, quality deviation sheets) to downstream customers.
