Role Responsibilities

• Ensure all food safety and quality standards are met.
• Stage or deliver raw materials for production, including cups, lids, fruit, and cardboard.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely staging of materials.
• Receive incoming raw materials and supplies, and use handheld devices for inventory management.
• Perform cycle counts and assist in inventory reconciliation.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of the warehouse.
• Check for shortages and damaged goods upon delivery.
• Build raw material orders for shipment to co-packers.
• Manage recycling operations and maintain records.
• Operate power industrial equipment safely, including forklifts and balers.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Work Schedule

Our two-week rotation allows every other Friday, Saturday, and Sunday off, with 12-hour shifts:

• Week 1: Sat, Sun (On); Mon, Tues (Off); Wed, Thurs (On); Fri (Off)
• Week 2: Sat, Sun (Off); Mon, Tues (On); Wed, Thurs (Off); Fri (On)

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years of experience in material handling or warehouse preferred.
• Experience with powered industrial equipment is recommended.
• Strong organizational and math skills.
• Experience with warehouse management systems and RF technology.
• Flexibility to work overtime and manage time effectively.
• Ability to work in a team and adapt to changing environments.

Physical & Work Environment

The role requires standing, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds, and operating equipment in a noisy environment. PPE is required, and accommodations are available for disabilities.
